Početak oglašavanja OVK

Sledeći teroristički zločin dogodio se 21. avgusta, oko 12,30 časova, na stočnoj pijaci u Srbici. Tada je ubijen efćet Dibrani, rođen 1949. godine u selu Gradica, SO Glogovac, sa prebivalištem u kosovskomitrovačkom naselju ipolje, zaposlen kao šumar u JP „Srbijašume“. Nepoznati terorista mu je iz neposredne blizine u leđa ispalio više hitaca i naneo mu tri prostrelne rane koje su bile smrtonosne.
