Jedan broj revizionista priznavao je izvršenje genocida, ali su kroz minimiziranje broja žrtava pokušali da nacizam, sa svim njegovim izdancima: ustaštvom, balistima, gvozdenom gardom, itd. postave u istu ravan sa ostalim političkim režimima, demokratskim i nedemokratskim.
